- Re-engineering of secondary packaging, warehouse and storage areas, taking into account future developments (Industry 4.0), flow studies and Lean design,
- Expansion of a packaging workshop from 962 m² to 2,490 m²,
- Transformation of the Approach/PF warehouse from 3,585 m² to 2,450 m²,
- Transformation of the goods storage warehouse from 500 m² to 1,173 m²,
- New construction < 100 m², • Planning: execution of works on an occupied site/phasing: 3 years of work.
